Premium, the Veneziano A series is the premium model in the ECM
traditional commercial range.
Superior Italian design by Studio Zanoni of Milan, Italy. The
machine’s traditional & functional design, with full metal
stainless bodywork, very open and large work space, exposed
chrome groups and illuminated back panels, convey a strong image
of traditional espresso coffee making, the old art of the
barista’s coffee making.
ECM concentrates their manufacturing on traditional quality,
design and state of the art technology. ECM believes the
Veneziano series, available with 1, 2 and 3 brewing heads
(“groups”), is the very best on the market, crucial for the
groups ability to conduct and retain the required thermic
stability for optimal heat, important for the potential in the
extraction process of espresso.

The ECM Veneziano range of espresso machines are traditionally
and classically crafted, manufactured for reliability all
through 40 years of history and manufacturing experience in
product design, R&D and production line assembly experience.
Some of the principles that ECM are manufacturing their brand
around for old style traditional quality are:
• The construction of all metals, nickel,
brass, copper and stainless steel. No tins, alloys or plastics
are used.
• Generously dimensioned thermosyphon system
with fresh coffee water heat exchange boilers for each group
allows the well oxygenated group water to reach an optimal
brewing temperature coupled with the precise water flow rates
that the Veneziano which allows the user to gain optimal and
maximized infusion time for the full potential of flavours, body
and crema. With the 9 pound (4,05 kg) brass groups with static
pre-infusion chamber plus progressive mechanical infusion for
smoothest infusion and extraction of the coffee. The group’s
weight stands by itself for superior thermal retention.
• Very high boiler capacities with 2 group
machines up to 18 litres and 3 group machines up to 27 litres
guarantee a steam capacity that is the largest and recovery time
are around the fastest in the industry. But oversized boilers
also stand for higher production of hot water for tea and long
blacks without interrupting the oversized boiler temperature and
or capacity.
• The Veneziano machines come (standard) with a
hot water tempering valve for precise setting
of the best tea water temperature.

• Veneziano machines come with ECM’s
patented stainless “no-burn steam wands”. Only the
steam tip gets hot. No-burn technology reflects to increased
operator safety, easier cleaning of the wands (milk doesn’t bake
on no-burn wands as it does on hot wands) and finally to more
efficient and “dryer” steam. All the heat goes to the steam tip. |
